Staff Domain Inc is seeking an Operations Coordinator/Manager in logistics to oversee daily tasks, manage basic accounts, and act as the main point of contact for customers and logistics partners. The role is remote with a daytime schedule aligned to UK/AU teams.

You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, monitor documentation, assist with basic bookkeeping, and look for process improvements to scale operations while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Operations Coordination, Logistics, or related roles.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficient with common office tools and strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure efficient business functioning.
• Manage basic accounts including expenses tracking and payments.
• Handle customer communications via email, phone or messaging.
