Job summary

HireBooth seeks a Revenue Architect / Director of GTM Operations & Business Systems to lead executive-level RevOps strategy for APAC expansion in the Philippines. The role focuses on architecting scalable revenue growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and guiding cross-functional teams to implement phased roadmaps.

The candidate will partner with C-suite stakeholders, design architecture blueprints, and ensure data-driven outcomes across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or revenue leadership.
• Proven executive presence advising C-suite stakeholders.
• Systems thinking with revenue operations focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as RevOps and GTM owner.
• Architect scalable revenue systems across Marketing, Sales, CS with Finance/Data/IT alignment.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions with client executives to diagnose bottlenecks and growth constraints.
• Document end-to-end revenue architecture and roadmaps with clear milestones.
• Lead internal Tiger Teams to execute strategic roadmaps.
