Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, project financial control, or PMO functions.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft CRM technologies, including Dynamics 365 for resource planning and project management.

Responsibilities

Manage and track resource utilization, ensuring optimal distribution of billable hours.
Forecast resource demand based on project pipeline and business needs.
Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Develop strategies to balance workloads and improve efficiency.
Monitor billable hours, costs, and budgets to support project financial planning.
Analyze financial data and resource performance to provide insights for decisions.
Apply EVM to assess project performance and progress.
Lead and mentor junior team members and liaise between project teams and PMO.
Develop dashboards and KPIs for proactive project steering and risk detection.
Prepare regular project and financial reports for management.
