Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking a PMO Analyst to support project managers in delivering large-scale client projects and coordinating multiple ongoing initiatives. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting, and effective communication.

You will join a global PMO team, gain exposure to delivery models and artefacts, and contribute to resource and financial planning.

Qualifications

3+ years in a PMO or IT project management role.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in project reporting and resource management/scheduling.
Experience with financial tracking and invoicing processes.
Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with PMO artefacts.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in running large projects and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee delivery of smaller projects following the company delivery model.
Initiate projects/ changes and onboard new Project Managers to our artefacts.
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Manage financial tracking of projects, monthly reconciliations, and client invoicing.
Contribute to resource planning and updates for projects.
Participate in coordination calls and track actions to completion.
Provide ad-hoc support to client engagements via Global PMO system.
