Job summary

Radii Global is seeking a CPA to oversee financial performance for contracts and project work in Metro Manila. You will manage forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, controls, and month-end closing to support accurate profitability tracking.

You will work with Project Managers and Delivery Executives to ensure revenue recognition, project costing, and timely financial insights, while maintaining strong Excel and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification is required.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in project finance, management accounting, or contract finance.
• Experience managing financials for projects, contracts, or work numbers.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the financial performance of assigned contracts and project work numbers.
• Perform financial planning, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, controls, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and actual results for projects.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and DPEs to assess backlog revenue and OPV for forecasting.
