Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Resource Planning Manager/Head to lead workforce forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning across operations onsite in Metro Manila. You will ensure staffing levels meet service targets through data-driven insights and proactive adjustments.

The role requires strong analytics, leadership, and collaboration with operations and senior leadership to optimize resource utilization and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Resource Planning and scheduling team.
• Develop staffing schedules and forecasts based on demand and historical data.
• Monitor daily workforce performance and adjust staffing plans to meet service targets.
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet service levels and efficiency goals.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Prepare and present reports on staffing, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Improve planning processes and implement best practices in scheduling and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to support business needs.
