Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a PMO Analyst to support global PMO activities from Manila, coordinating with Project Managers on large and small projects. The role focuses on reporting, governance, and ensuring timely delivery across units.

You will participate in planning, tracking, and financial reconciliation, while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide and leveraging MS Excel, Power BI, and modern PMO tools. This hybrid role is based in Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ work experience in IT projects or as a PM.
• Able to plan, track and report project progress.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in running large projects.
• Manage delivery of smaller projects per delivery model and artefacts.
• Initiate projects/changes and educate others on the delivery model.
• Support overall project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Handle financial tracking, monthly reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Assist with resource planning and updates and participate in calls.
