Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in PR/communications or client services.
• Proven ability to run multiple campaigns with competing deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike or Jira).
• Knowledge of budgets, scope, and resource planning.
• Experience coordinating global teams across time zones and English communication.
• Willing to work US time zone and fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources across campaigns.
• Connect account, creative, strategy, digital, and regional teams across time zones.
• Maintain project trackers and provide actionable status updates.
• Track budgets, utilization, and project profitability.
• Run kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives; document briefs and approvals.
• Manage scope changes with account leads and flag budget impacts.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across earned media, social, paid media, content, events, and analytics.
• Improve workflows, templates, and dashboards for scalable delivery.
