Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Project Manager - Analyst to support planning, governance, and delivery of global programs in the Manila GDC. You will partner with project managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The role blends project management support, business analysis, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to drive visibility and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years in PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience working with global or multi-regional teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Project, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and delivery: plans, schedules, milestones, resources.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Monitor timelines and track progress against deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
• Maintain governance standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Prepare status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; track resolutions.
• Support portfolio reviews and project prioritization.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using KPIs.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Assist in project budget management and forecasting.
