Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Construction).
• CPA designation preferred or equivalent professional certification.
• 3–5 years of construction, project finance, cost control, or real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost control and budget management across multiple projects.
• Monitor procurement activities and ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
• Prepare and maintain project financial reports, dashboards, and per-project P&L monitoring.
• Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning through analysis.
