Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to support global Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Succession processes. You will coordinate annual cycles, ensure compliant, cost-effective processes and work with regional teams to meet SLAs.

The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones, data protection and local employment law compliance as part of a shared services setup. Strong Excel, SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar course/program.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in HR with knowledge of compensation and/or performance management in a shared services setup.
• Extensive knowledge of Performance & Compensation procedures and processes.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors or SAP is essential, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred.
• International experience, cultural sensitivity and ability to work across geographies.
• Strategic and holistic thought on PM, CP and Succession Management to improve processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the global execution of Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Succession Planning processes.
• Plan, prepare, administer, communicate and coordinate the annual cycle.
• Ensure standardized, transparent, economically efficient and compliant processes for Performance, Compensation and Succession across BI entities and countries.
• Communicate cycle activities and timelines to all employees, coordinating with Global Process Management, HR IT and CoEs.
• Strive for continuous improvements and lean processes within HR@GBS across end-to-end processes.
