Qualifications

• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Able to learn new payroll applications and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs per schedule and checklists.
• Handle semi-monthly/biweekly payrolls and GL postings.
• Conduct audits and data analysis; resolve issues with HR Direct and Employee Central.
• Manage Payroll mailbox and respond to employee inquiries.
• Process off-cycle payments and year-end uploads.
• Provide backup support to payroll team and maintain records.
