Job summary

You will work closely with the GBS HR Process Management team to ensure high-quality, compliant data management and organizational data maintenance. Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• 2–3 years in Employee Data Management with organizational management focus.
• Experience partnering with multiple countries/functions and driving data quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MDF objects for organizational management (positions, departments, job classifications).
• Set up and maintain organizational structure across regions.
• Provide 2nd level support for employee and data changes via manual entry or mass import.
