Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of hands-on HR experience in the Philippines, including payroll exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior HR staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end-to-end or oversee an external payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy and on-time disbursement.
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings for BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Administer employee benefits programmes and respond to queries.
• Manage HR/payroll budget and cost reporting to HQ.
• Prepare payroll, headcount, and HR cost reports for HQ and local management.
• Advise managers on employee relations and handle disciplinary matters per Philippine Labor Code.
• Keep HR policies and contracts current with regulatory changes.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
