Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Philippines seeks an HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and improve global HR technology solutions, focusing on Employee Central, Onboarding, and SuccessFactors core modules.

You will collaborate with international teams to gather requirements, implement changes, manage release cycles, and ensure data integrity across SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. Strong English communication is essential, with flexibility for a global 24/5 support model.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Services/HRIT with focus on Employee Central, Onboarding and SuccessFactors Core.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Collaborate with Project & Process Managers to gather requirements for new tools or process improvements.
• Manage system changes with impact analysis, configuration updates, testing and documentation (Release Management, UAT).
• Coordinate with local/regional SSC, HR Process Management and IT vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data alignment and proper interfaces across HR data consumers and IT support.
