Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Integration & Automation to design, support, and enhance integrations connecting HR, payroll, and enterprise applications across a global environment.

You will work with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand requirements, develop integration concepts, and ensure reliable data exchange between critical systems. Experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, and Sterling Integrator is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years in a systems/integration role within enterprise settings.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis and design capabilities.
Experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, or Sterling Integrator and related middleware.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and messaging concepts.
Experience with HR, payroll, ERP, or SAP ecosystems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
Design, support, and enhance interfaces and automation across enterprise apps.
Evaluate existing integration landscapes and identify optimization opportunities.
Partner with developers, vendors, and project teams to implement integrations.
Support system upgrades and application modernization efforts.
Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure stable interfaces.
Drive continuous improvement in HR technology integrations.
