Job summary

Shell Business Operations Manila is seeking a Payroll Support Advisor to execute business assurance activities and ensure SOX/FCM compliance across global and local processes. You will support local HR processes, maintain data in Shell People, and provide ongoing support to employees and line managers.

The role works with Americas Payroll Operations and HR Operations, supporting special projects. It is a full‑time position with set hours and overtime during peak periods, offering a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Payroll operations, preferably in a Shared Services or multinational setting.
• Willing to work under a fixed‑term contract arrangement.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Log inquiries in Salesforce, provide updates, generate tickets, and ensure resolution.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership for assigned cases and communicate status updates.
• Coordinate handoffs to HR Operations teams to ensure effective resolution.
• Build relationships with third‑party service providers and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to Senior Payroll Analysts or Tier 3 teams when needed.
• Liaise with HR Advice, employees, and line managers to resolve inquiries efficiently.
