• Working knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience supporting compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex payroll initiatives across countries, systems and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end payroll projects across multiple locations; manage plans, schedules and budgets.
• Partner with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and IT to ensure seamless integrations and governance.
• Design change activities and readiness tracking; build trusted stakeholder relationships.
