Henkel Philippines is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver accurate, compliant HR processes and an employee-centric experience. You will partner with payroll, HR systems, and HR Business Partners to ensure data integrity across platforms such as Workday and Dayforce.

The role requires 4+ years in HR Operations within a multinational, a bachelor’s degree, and a hybrid work setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati. Strong Excel and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office; Excel expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Support Philippine HR teams in executing HR processes and operational activities.
• Handle onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity across HR systems.
• Prepare employment-related documentation and correspondence.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, and HR Systems for seamless service delivery.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Support reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
