Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Analyst – Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS) based in the Philippines. You will deliver end-to-end HR operations support across North America, UK, and APAC, ensuring transactions meet SLAs and compliance.

Responsibilities include processing hires and terminations, payroll support, benefits administration, data management, audits, and KPI reporting, while coordinating with onshore stakeholders and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree; HR specialization preferred.
• 1.5–3 years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience.
• Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC employees.
• Strong knowledge of US/UK HR regulations, benefits, and labor laws.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in HR transitions, process documentation, SLA/KPI management, and RCA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires, resignations, data changes and HR transactions for NA and UK.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll support and resolve payroll queries.
• Administer benefits and leave for USA, UK, and APAC regions.
• Handle background verification and reference checks.
• Support performance management administration.
• Manage employee profiles and system access issues.
• Process vendor management and invoices for supported regions.
• Maintain HR records, trackers, KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Ensure HR processes comply with US, UK, APAC labor laws.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
• Perform RCA and recommend process improvements.
• Support HR transitions, process changes and technology implementations.
• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and regional teams.
• Follow and update GHRSS SOPs and standard processes.
