Job summary

G‑P is a remote-first global employment platform hiring a Payroll & Billing Specialist to support customers as we onboard professionals in 150+ countries. You will manage end-to-end expense management, review LATAM expenses under local tax laws, and serve as the main contact for billing inquiries.

The role requires 4+ years in expense review and billing, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with Zoho, Zendesk or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in expense review and billing.
• Experience managing LATAM expense reimbursement workflows.
• Overseeing AP operations and Mexico invoicing.
• Experience with accounting and payroll software.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international expense management processes.
• Review LATAM expenses per local tax laws and resolve queries.
• Act as the main contact for expense inquiries with global customers and providers.
• Generate bills based on invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Generate bills for services such as EOR and advisory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
