Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst based in Spain for a fully remote, async-first role. You will own the end-to-end billing process, manage AR and collections, and partner with Finance to drive automation and improvements across revenue operations.

Strong English and SaaS billing experience are essential. You will collaborate with a lean Finance team, contribute to MRR/ARR reporting, and help evolve billing platforms and processes while maintaining strong controls in a remote-first

Qualifications

Own end-to-end billing process and AR/cash collections.
Investigate and resolve complex billing issues directly with customers.
Experience with subscription/SaaS billing environments.
Strong reconciliation of financial, billing and customer data.
Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and financial reporting.
Improve recurring Finance processes via automation and workflows.
Comfort with AI/automation tools while preserving controls.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Thrives in async-first remote work.
Around four years of experience with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer billing including invoicing, changes, refunds, and dunning.
Manage AR, collections, and disputes with customers.
Partner with Customer Success on billing cases and drive resolution.
Investigate recurring billing issues and improve underlying processes.
Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, and GL; explain differences.
Produce MRR/ARR movement reporting; analyze revenue changes.
Introduce finance automations across billing and reporting.
Support pricing/packaging changes from Finance perspective.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team culture.
