Job summary

Vistra iiPay seeks an experienced HR Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead complex payroll operations for Mexico and Latin America. You will manage a team delivering accurate, compliant payroll for diverse clients and entities, while driving digitalization, governance, and process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, deep payroll knowledge (TRESS), and the ability to collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading payroll teams in multinational/shared services environments.
• Hands-on with TRESS payroll system implementations and configurations.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payroll operations for Mexico, multiple clients and entities.
• Oversee payroll cycles (weekly to monthly) and ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Drive digitalization, governance, and operational excellence in payroll.
• Coach and develop a high-performing payroll team.
• Manage relationships with clients, finance, and vendors.
