Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, especially Spain
• Experience with third-party platforms such as ADP/Workday/Ceridian
• Proficiency in currency conversion (local-to-billing) and handling payroll data securely

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll for the EMEA region (Spain, Italy, Germany) across multiple countries.
• Streamline payroll processes onto a single platform.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance to validate input data for payrolls.
• Generate client invoices and reconcile billing with internal systems.
• Provide mentoring and escalation support to junior associates.
