Qualifications

• Experience in accounting support, billing, or audits with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with field staff and managers.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivots for reconciling data.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily timecards and ensure same-day compliance.
• Convert field time and expenses into accurate billable lines and codes.
• Assemble draft invoices with supporting time entries and receipts, resolving discrepancies.
