Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll transactions, inquiries, reconciliations, and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing activities to help ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and transactional issues.
• Review, validate, and maintain payroll data to support data accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Assist in payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities to support regulatory requirements.
• Document and maintain payroll procedures, process documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to address payroll-related matters.
• Support system, process, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll operations and employee experience.
• Utilize payroll systems and reporting tools to monitor transactions, analyze data, and support decision-making.
