Amdocs Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process and validate payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with HR instructions and local country requirements. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager, Deputy, and a third-party vendor.

The role handles monthly and annual payroll, settlements, and inquiries; delivers accurate payroll reports; remits payments to tax authorities; supports improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years end-to-end payroll processing experience in EMEA region.
• Experience with ADP Payforce or ERP (2+ years).
• Strong MS Excel skills; SAP background.

Responsibilities

• Compile and process transactional payroll advice by HR.
• Process payroll requirements monthly, yearly, or advance pay.
• Prepare Full and Final Settlement; respond to employees' inquiries/requests.
• Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting.
• Track payments and deductions processed via payroll.
• Deliver payroll reports; support process improvements.
• Remit payments to tax authorities and third parties; follow controls.
