Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Service Delivery professional to lead operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery in a hybrid role based in BGC, Taguig.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, manage vendor and government data, and drive process improvements while supervising a team of payroll staff. The role requires strong SAP payroll experience and several years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong Payroll & SAP experience.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Must not be previously or currently employed with Accenture.
• Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture.
• Must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
• Produce and distribute employee pay.
• Calculate Gross-to-Net.
• Conduct payroll audits and reporting.
• Manage General Ledger feeds.
• Handle post-payrun activities.
• Distribute required vendor/government data.
• Act as escalation point for team and customer concerns.
• Drive process improvements, performance, and corporate initiatives.
• Develop and manage team resources.
