The role acts as payroll SME, guiding on complex payroll, taxation, benefits, and system enhancements, coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Philippine payroll experience.
• End-to-end payroll management and tax knowledge.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Payroll SME with stakeholder guidance.
• Proficient in Excel and large data handling.
• Strong integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end Philippine payroll processes.
• Review inputs, calculations, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Ensure payroll taxes and statutory contributions are correct.
• Serve as payroll SME and guide on complex issues.
• Review reports, resolve discrepancies, and implement improvements.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders.
