Job summary

GHD Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Services Payroll Analyst in the Philippines to deliver accurate payroll, guide employees and managers, and strengthen payroll processes and reporting. You will support changes, maintain documentation, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 3+ years of payroll experience, and knowledge of payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Payroll administration including checks and manual payments.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, tax requirements, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify issues.
• Experience preparing clear payroll reports.
• Collaborative approach to guide employees and managers.
• Continuous-improvement mindset to manage complexity and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including data maintenance and pre-submission checks.
• Prepare complex manual payments and complete payroll-related reconciliations.
• Respond to employee and manager payroll queries with policy guidance.
• Support payroll and system changes, implementing enhancements effectively.
• Maintain payroll documentation and consistent document management.
• Prepare data, analytics and reports to support decisions.
• Identify and escalate non-compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build internal relationships and drive payroll process improvements.
