Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a Payments Onboarding Specialist in the Philippines to join a cross-functional team delivering seamless onboarding of new customers and payment services for payrolls. The role focuses on efficient implementation and a first-class customer experience, working across internal teams and external providers to meet project plans.

The ideal candidate will have SaaS/payroll/payments implementation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS, Payroll, Treasury, or Payment implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, providers, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to manage customer requests and elevate appropriately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to sharing information and working across teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability and confidence to quickly learn and adopt new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Payment Services are set up for all payrolls and ready for go-live.
• Work closely with Project Managers, internal colleagues, external providers, and customers to ensure all implementation tasks are completed in line with the agreed project plan.
• Attend and lead project meetings (internal and external) as required.
• Maintain and update project records and implementation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Clearly define the standard scope of services with Customers, identify any out-of-scope requirements, and elevate where necessary.
• Establish and validate employee bank details, ensuring all configurations are completed and tested successfully.
• Obtain statutory and third‑party payment requirements from Customers and ensure all configurations are completed within agreed timelines.
• Create annual calendars to ensure all payments are executed accurately and on time.
• Facilitate a smooth and effective handover of Customers to the Payments Operations team.
