Responsibilities

• Attend and lead project meetings as required and maintain accurate implementation records.
• Define standard scope of services with customers and escalate out-of-scope items.
• Validate employee bank details and ensure configurations are tested and complete.
• Gather statutory and third-party payment requirements and meet timelines.
• Create annual calendars to ensure payments run on time.
• Facilitate smooth handover of customers to Payments Operations.

Working as part of a cross‐functional project team, the role is focused on ensuring payment services are implemented efficiently while delivering a first‐class customer experience. **Main responsibilities*** Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Payment Services are set up for all payrolls and ready for go‐live.* Work closely with Project Managers, internal colleagues, external providers, and customers to ensure all implementation tasks are completed in line with the agreed project plan.* Attend and lead project meetings (internal and external) as required.* Maintain and update project records and implementation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.* Clearly define the standard scope of services with Customers, identify any out‐of‐scope requirements, and escalate where necessary.* Establish and validate employee bank details, ensuring all configurations are completed and tested successfully.* Obtain statutory and third‐party payment requirements from Customers and ensure all configurations are completed within agreed timelines.* Create annual calendars to ensure all payments are executed accurately and on time.* Facilitate a smooth and effective handover of Customers to the Payments Operations team.This role follows hybrid work arrangement with 1x/week RTO in Makati.
