CloudPay Philippines Inc is seeking a Customer Success Manager to bridge CloudPay and our global clients, ensuring high-value adoption of our payroll and HCM platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to safeguard client outcomes and retention.

The role requires proven experience in customer success or account management, with solid understanding of payroll/HCM tools and strategic planning to drive long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Planning roles within a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary high-level point of contact for assigned global clients using CloudPay’s Managed Payroll Services.
• Oversee the transition of new clients from implementation to steady-state operations, ensuring tool adoption (reporting, invoicing, KPI tracking).
• Coordinate service delivery with internal teams and external payroll providers for timely execution.
• Promote standardized services and transition to centralized service models.
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and strategic alignment.
• Identify and resolve potential service delivery issues to ensure continuity and value.
• Manage client requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain a master service schedule to meet deliverables.
