The role focuses on building strong relationships with global clients, driving adoption of CloudPay’s managed payroll services, and coordinating cross-functional service delivery to ensure value and retention. The ideal candidate will lead strategic account plans and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Planning within B2B.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with HCM or payroll applications.
• Experience managing complex, global customer relationships at operational and executive levels.
• Strategic thinking while handling day-to-day customer needs and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary high-level point of contact for global clients using CloudPay Managed Payroll Services.
• Oversee transition of new clients from implementation to steady-state operations; drive adoption of core tools.
• Coordinate service delivery with internal teams and external payroll providers; ensure timely execution.
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and strategic alignment; identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals and drive client retention.
