CloudPay Philippines Inc. is seeking a Payments Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. You will join a cross-functional project team to implement payment services for payrolls, ensuring timely go-lives and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, project coordination and multitasking across multiple countries, with a hybrid work setup including 1x/week RTO in Makati. Experience in SaaS/payroll implementations is desirable.

• Experience supporting SaaS, Payroll, Treasury or Payment implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across countries.
• Organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Payment Services are set up for all payrolls and ready for go-live.
• Work with Project Managers, internal colleagues, external providers and customers to complete implementation tasks.
• Attend and lead project meetings as required and maintain accurate records.
• Define standard scope of services and identify out-of-scope requirements.
• Establish and validate employee bank details and ensure configurations/test results.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain statutory/third-party requirements and meet timelines.
• Create annual calendars to ensure payments are executed on time.
• Facilitate a smooth handover of customers to Payments Operations.

The Payments Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. Working as part of a cross-functional project team, the role is focused on ensuring payment services are implemented efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Main responsibilities

• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Payment Services are set up for all payrolls and ready for go-live.
• Work closely with Project Managers, internal colleagues, external providers, and customers to ensure all implementation tasks are completed in line with the agreed project plan.
• Attend and lead project meetings (internal and external) as required.
• Maintain and update project records and implementation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Clearly define the standard scope of services with Customers, identify any out-of-scope requirements, and elevate where necessary.
• Establish and validate employee bank details, ensuring all configurations are completed and tested successfully.
• Obtain statutory and third-party payment requirements from Customers and ensure all configurations are completed within agreed timelines.
• Create annual calendars to ensure all payments are executed accurately and on time.
• Facilitate a smooth and effective handover of Customers to the Payments Operations team.

Work Schedule & Location

This role follows hybrid work arrangement with 1x/week RTO in Makati. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3PM to 12MN.

Experience needed for this role

• Experience supporting SaaS, Payroll, Treasury, or Payment implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, providers, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to manage customer requests and elevate appropriately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to sharing information and working across teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability and confidence to quickly learn and adopt new systems.
