• 2+ years of experience in order management processes.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Strong English language and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a flexible schedule (Morning/Mid/Night).

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete sales order and billing process for multiple live countries in SAP Global Business Services; monitor and resolve errors in order entry interfaces.
• Validate and approve rebate credit note requests, ensuring correct posting to accounts and income statements.
• Support local business for order management processes and adhere to global guidelines and concepts.
• Manage Order Management processes: orders ready for processing, billing posted and released to accounting, rebates approved in time; perform pricing maintenance and validations; support claims management; mass upload of sales orders.
