Qualifications

2+ years in order management processes.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Admin or equivalent.
Broad knowledge of SAP SD (sales order processing, pricing, billing).
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
English language fluency.
Willing to work flexible schedule (Morning/Mid/Night).

Responsibilities

Ensure complete sales order and billing process for multiple countries.
Validate and approve rebate credit note requests.
Support local business for order management and follow global guidelines.
Manage order management processes: orders ready, billing posted, rebates approved.
Handle pricing maintenance and validation, claims management, mass upload of orders.
