Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig invites applications for a Domestic & Export Order Management Specialist. You will handle domestic and export orders, support customer inquiries, and coordinate with warehouses, Sales, and Export Documentation to ensure accuracy and timely service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in order management or related operations, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree. On-site work in BGC, with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in domestic and/or export order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Experience in working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders accurately and on time.
• Support customer queries and day-to-day stakeholder coordination across the order process.
• Coordinate with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence and Export Documentation to ensure accurate order entry and timely issue resolution.
• Provide 1st level technical support and service restoration to ensure maximum system availability.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction.
