Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year program and willing to work on-site in Taguig.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, or BPO/customer service.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter POs into systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Warehousing, Legal, and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies, billing errors, or shipping delays.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing order status updates, answering product inquiries, and addressing complaints.
• Maintain accurate records, manage customer data, and generate reports on processing bottlenecks and backlog statuses.
