Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Manila seeks a Specialist – Order Management Solutions (OMS) to support our global DGFF regions. You will train to handle purchase order management, Cargo Wise 1 order management, centralized billing, and analytics for origin and destination, plus customer system handling.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely service and strong communication with internal partners. A 0–3 year background in logistics or BPO, plus MS Office and ERP exposure, will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG)
• 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred
• Exposure to Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service within the Order Management Solutions Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries worldwide.
