Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager to lead the end-to-end Order Management team in Manila, driving timely and accurate processing, strong stakeholder support, and governance across the function.

The role covers domestic and export order management, distribution claims, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable service and excellent customer experience. 100% onsite with opportunities for career development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in order management, customer operations, or related shared services environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a service-driven operational environment.
• Experience overseeing governance, service performance, issue resolution, and process improvement.
• Willingness to work onsite and handle day shifts, holidays and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Order Management operations across domestic, export, and distribution claims teams.
• Oversee workload allocation, service performance, processing quality, and issue resolution across the function.
• Maintain effective governance across order management and distribution claims activities and ensure SOP compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Order Management leadership team and broader team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehousing, Customer Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
