Position Summary

The Order Management Specialist plays a vital role in fostering genuine, long‑term client relationships, serving as a trusted partner beyond transactional interactions. Working closely with Account Managers, this offshore role supports customer satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and ensures accurate, timely purchase orders, shipments, and related documents.

Core Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end tracking of purchase and sales orders
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely processing
• Ensure accurate order flow from initiation through fulfillment
• Own inbound and outbound order flows, managing multiple concurrent transactions with strong prioritization and coordination
• Exercise independent judgment to identify and prevent processing risks and delays
• Operate with high execution autonomy within structured operational processes

Accounting and Finance Support

• Invoice support
• PO‑invoice matching
• Basic reconciliation coordination with finance
• Adopt a light operational accounting exposure to complement order management duties
