Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an Order Expeditor for a hybrid, day-shift role in the Philippines. You will monitor supplier deliveries, expedite POs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time material delivery meeting contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate has a business-related degree and at least 1 year in expediting, procurement, or logistics, with strong Excel and communication skills. Hybrid setup and company-provided equipment are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, supply chain, economics or related field.
• 1 year of experience in order expediting, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics coordination, or purchasing/vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and expedite supplier purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Generate weekly expediting reports and provide updates on order progress.
• Escalate overdue purchase orders and delivery concerns to stakeholders.
• Manage supplier PO processes including receipt confirmation, release, expediting, and delivery coordination.
• Handle shipments-related correspondence and address quality or quantity discrepancies.
