The role bridges procurement, logistics, and supplier relations by maintaining accurate PO trackers, coordinating deliveries, and preparing reports that support operational efficiency and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with coursework in procurement or operations management.
• Experience with ERP/PO tracking systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• 2–3 years in procurement support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience monitoring POs, following up with suppliers, and coordinating deliveries.
• Familiarity with report preparation and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Track/Monitor POs (Input & Updating).
• Summarize Outstanding Reports.
• Follow-up with Suppliers.
• Update Weekly & Monthly Incoming Reports.
• Update Deliveries & Arrival to Logistics.
• Conduct Lalamove Booking.
• Checking of RR & Emails.
• Make AR (Acknowledgement Reports).
• Ensure Continuous improvement in reporting.
