Job summary

Krypton International Resources Sales and Services Inc. is seeking an Expediter in the Philippines to ensure timely monitoring, updating, and follow-up of purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedules.

This role bridges procurement, logistics, and supplier relations by maintaining accurate PO trackers and coordinating deliveries. The position supports operational efficiency and service reliability through regular reporting and collaboration with logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level studies in business/operations related fields preferred.
• Experience in procurement support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations desired.
• Knowledge of PO monitoring, supplier follow-ups, and delivery coordination a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor POs (input and updating).
• Summarize outstanding reports for management.
• Follow up with suppliers on status and schedules.
• Update weekly/monthly incoming reports.
• Update deliveries and arrival statuses to Logistics.
• Coordinate delivery bookings and verify RR and emails.
• Prepare Acknowledgement Reports (AR) and support reporting improvements.

Expediter

The Expediter is responsible for ensuring timely monitoring, updating, and follow-up of purchase orders (POs), supplier communications, and delivery schedules; bridging procurement, logistics, and supplier relations by maintaining accurate PO trackers, coordinating deliveries, and preparing reports that support operational efficiency and service reliability.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1) Financial/Other Resources Management

• Track/Monitor POs (Input & Updating)
• Summarize Outstanding Reports

2) Customer Management

• Follow-up with Suppliers
• Update Weekly & Monthly Incoming Reports

3) Internal Process Management

• Update Deliveries & Arrival to Logistic
• Conduct Lalamove Booking
• Checking of RR & Emails

4) Learning & Growth Management

• Make AR (Acknowledgement Reports)
• Ensure Continuous improvement in reporting

Minimum Qualification Guides

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Coursework in Procurement, Operations Management, or ERP Systems.
• 1-2 years in procurement support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience as an expediter is an advantage.
• Experience in PO monitoring, supplier follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
• Familiarity with report preparation and ERP systems.
