Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in expediting, logistics, procurement, supply chain, or project support is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, material requests, and supplier commitments.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding production status, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.
• Track materials and equipment from order placement through delivery to the required destination.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, delivery schedules, and tracking information.
• Provide end-to-end procurement support, including supplier expediting, logistics coordination, shipment monitoring, delivery scheduling, and PO tracking to minimize delays and support operations.
