Job summary

Medley, Inc is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for our new Philippines delivery location. You will lead kaizen initiatives and collaborate with US and Japanese teams to drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost savings.

The role involves global scale work and travel up to 50% to shape processes for the US market while aligning with Japanese policies. You will partner with leadership to deploy metrics, listen to the voice of customers, and build an improvement roadmap

Qualifications

5+ years working in an operation.
2+ years working in a customer care environment.
Demonstrated experience leading kaizen or other problem-solving methodologies.
Business proficiency of the Japanese language.
2+ years of Six Sigma and/or LEAN experience.
College Degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering.
Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
