Job summary

MPI-MiniMed Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist to transform the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain journey. You will lead initiatives across an international team from Manila, defining impact and ensuring teams have the knowledge to transition through change.

This role emphasizes process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement to reduce cost-to-serve and enhance patient experiences in a global diabetes business context.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relational skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences.
• Strong business, B2B and B2C process acumen.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Strong time, project and change management skills.
• Process standardization, process mapping and continuous improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current OTD&I processes to identify opportunities for improvements and standardization.
• Conduct research on trends and technologies for potential implementation.
• Design and implement strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Implement process governance, process maps, quality documentation and continuous improvements for OTD&I processes.
• Be a change management partner for stakeholders during transitions and projects.
