Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead process standardization initiatives to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Identify, analyze, and close process gaps through structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using best-practice methodologies.
• Develop systems and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of process changes and report results to stakeholders.
• Align improvement initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Support end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and manage dependencies.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Work with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business improvement.
• Communicate clearly to ensure expectations, deliverables, and timelines across stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, performance metrics, and insights to leadership.
