Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Process Engineer in the Philippines to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, driving productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts. Collaborative cross-functional teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in process analysis and improvement tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.
